• Complimentary  20 Minute Phone Interview: I offer all potential clients a 20 minute phone interview.  This is an opportunity to ask questions about my role and  briefly get to know one another.
• Paid in Person Discovery Session: Once you have decided I am your right match, we can meet up to discuss your upcoming birth.
• Two Prenatal Education Visits:
  • 1st Visit (2 hrs): we will talk about the birth and labour processes.  We can also discuss your concerns, fears, doubts, you and your partner may have in relation to childbirth.
  • 2nd Visit (2 hrs): We will go over comfort measures for childbirth such as relaxation, meditation, birth affirmations and breathing techniques that reduce heart rate, anxiety, fear and pain perception during labour.
• Access to lending library
• On-Call after 38 weeks
• Continuous Labour support
• One Postpartum Visit (2 hrs): breastfeeding information and support, baby care and help with new family adjustments. Also, an opportunity to go over your birth experience.
